Dragonball Z
I decided I'm going to watch Dragonball Z again, from start to finish. Back in the day, I never really watched it in order or anything. I just caught it when I could. I never realized how long the series is. It's like 178 episodes, and 60gb. My last laptop wouldn't even have been able to hold it all! As I've been watching them I remembered my one big complaint about the show as a kid. Nothing is ever resolved! You get one big battle, and it goes on for like 5 episodes! Anyway, I'm enjoying watching this show again. Especially the fact that I can do it at my own speed.

ReplyDeleteThis show rocks so hard
ReplyDeleteI used to watch this, but I found that it took for ever for anything to happen, 3 episodes for someone to power up, I mean damn, just fight.

ReplyDeleteha oll skool show! i remember this! awesome! and good choice!
ReplyDeletei used to watch this, but it always annoyed me how a fight could take like 6 episodes.

ReplyDelete"Chuck Norris doesn't take 3 episodes to charge up a spirit bomb."
ReplyDeletegood post man!
I'd nostalgia so hard
ReplyDeleteWell, they have to keep you hanging somehow. LOST was like that, but... I eventually "lost" serious interest when those long, drawn out, never-ending plots never went anywhere. Soap Operas are like that too... they're just playing on that model. Enjoy the eps anyway
ReplyDeletehaha, i used to watch DBZ back in the day
ReplyDeletebtw, check out my new post on GTL Everyday :)
Man, I miss toonami ;_;
ReplyDeleteHow does it compare to Kai, though? Is it worth it to watch the original over the new shortening?
From start to finish? We'll I'll expect your next post in a couple of years lol.

ReplyDeleteHow many dragonball-z characters does it take to change a light bulb?
ReplyDelete1, but it takes 4 episodes.
Watching it at you own speed is vital, since many episodes are just fillers or very slow paced.
ReplyDeleteKahhhhhhhhhhmeeeee(three episodes later)haaaaameeeeehaaaa.
ReplyDeleteLMAO!
It wasn't my favorite show as a kid, but it just always seems to be on for me to catch enough of it.
